Instead of trying to be everywhere all at once suddenly, we are starting small, one at a time, regionally, and based on on-the-ground capacity building, with thoughtfulness and care, so that we take the time to make space for everyone to share from their own experiences and histories. We will gradually grow mindfully and together, with the attention and time to flourish everywhere.

We are rooted in anti-colonial and abolitionist principles. We recognize the many layers of history and dynamics between not only the diaspora and motherlands, but also between our motherlands. Across Asia there are global geopolitical influences that show up in different areas, including classism, patriarchy, homophobia, racism, Islamophobia, internalized-oppression, and many more manifestations of oppression. Our work is to dismantle these in every aspect of our lives and culture.

우리는 반식민주의와 폐지주의 원칙에 뿌리를 두고 있습니다. 우리는 디아스포라와 모국 사이뿐만 아니라 모국들 사이에도 존재하는 다층적인 역사와 역학 관계를 인식합니다. 아시아 전역에는 계급주의, 가부장제, 동성애 혐오, 인종주의, 이슬람 혐오, 내면화된 억압 등 다양한 형태로 나타나는 억압의 현상들처럼, 각기 다른 영역에 드러나는 글로벌 지정학적 영향력이 존재합니다. 우리의 임무는 삶과 문화의 모든 측면에서 이러한 억압 구조를 해체하는 것입니다.
